However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The Defendant, as a actual operator of the B Launa car, was placed in custody by the competent authority on the ground that he did not pay a fine for negligence, etc., and was trying to forge and operate the said car.

1. No person who has forged air defense and violated the Automobile Management Act shall forge an automobile registration number plate;

On April 7, 2019, at around 10:30, the Defendant, at D stores operated by the Defendant, in Jinju-si, entered the abnormaler into the car number plate in accordance with the size of his/her model registration number and posted his/her Myanmar paper on that day, and added one registration number plate in the form of “B”.

Accordingly, the defendant forged the air hono registration number plate for the purpose of exercising.

2. No one shall use a forged registration number plate;

On April 7, 2019, at around 12:00, the Defendant attached the forged registration number plate as stipulated in paragraph (1) to the front part of the said car, and operated the said car at approximately 1 km from the front of the said D to the front road of the Air Force Education Headquarters located in the Geum-si, Jin-si.

Accordingly, the defendant used a forged motor vehicle registration number plate and exercised it.

1. Articles 40 and 50 of the Commercial Concurrent Crimes Act, between the crimes of violating the Automobile Management Act due to the forgery of a motor vehicle registration certificate and the crimes of forging air, and the forged motor vehicle registration certificate.
