A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.
A copy (No. 2) of seized originals (No. 2) shall be confiscated from the defendant.
Punishment of the crime
1. Around March 26, 2013, the Defendant gave birth to the newborn baby (name E, 00 years of age) at the Dsan father and hospital located in Asan-si, Asan-si, Asan-si (hereinafter “Asan-si”), but he was able to kill the victim who was born with fear that the Defendant could not raise his baby due to a sense of shame of other male who is not her husband, and economic incompetence due to a debt-related relationship worth approximately KRW 70 million, while he was aware that the Defendant could not raise the baby due to economic incompetence, etc.
At around 13:30 on April 3, 2013, the Defendant: (a) covered the Defendant’s residence in Asan City F with his entire body, including his face, and (b) prevented the Defendant from hiding his face in a way of enjoying her face by cutting off her face; and (c) caused the Defendant to die in quality on the face.
Accordingly, the Defendant murdered the victim as above.
2. On August 31, 2014, from around 09:00 to around 10:00 of the same day, the Defendant killed a baby by leaving the baby immediately after delivery while having given birth to the Defendant’s warehouse located in Asan City F, but having given birth to the victim’s baby (ma, 0 years old). However, as in paragraph (1), the Defendant did not have a sense of shame and economic ability to care for the baby of another male who is not her husband, as in paragraph (1).
Upon birth of a baby as above, the Defendant: (a) had the baby immediately moved to a room where the person was living; (b) had the newborn baby maintained a proper temperature; and (c) had the duty to take various necessary measures for the newborn baby, such as not being infected; (d) had the newborn baby taken the floor at the bottom of the said warehouse from the day immediately after the delivery to 15:00 of the same day; and (b) had the victim died due to an unknown private person in detail, such as spawnosis, etc., by leaving the baby on the floor of the said warehouse without any particular measures.
Accordingly, the Defendant murdered a baby victim immediately after the delivery as above.
