A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. Forgery of private documents;
A. On November 201, 2013, the Defendant: (a) made an application for the issuance of a card using a card application app to his/her mobile phone; (b) made an application for the issuance of the card by entering the personal information of pro-dong B previously known on the app; and (c) forged one copy of “F” and “B” card receipt” in the “F” and “B” column of the “member subscription application and card receipt” on November 28, 2013, when receiving the EB card issued in the name of “Drenk” located in the “Drenk” located in the “B” column in the “F” and “B” column of the applicant’s name without authority for the purpose of exercising the right and duty without authority.
B. On April 7, 2014, the Defendant: (a) filed an application for the registration of a card with his/her mobile phone; (b) stated the personal information of pro-dong B previously known to the said app; and (c) forged one copy of “member subscription application and card receipt” in the “F” column, and “B” column for the driver’s license in the “member subscription application and card receipt” in the “F” column and the “B” column for the applicant’s name without authority for the purpose of exercising the right and duty without authority, by stating the “B” in the “B” column for the name of the applicant himself/herself.
2. Uttering a falsified investigation document;

As described in the subsection B, as if the document was duly formed, a forged B’s application form for membership and card receipt was delivered to the J of the delivery staff, and one copy of the forged private document, “a membership application and card receipt,” which is a private document.

As described in paragraph B, as if the document was duly formed one of the forged B’s application form for membership and card receipt, the delivery to the J of delivery staff is a forged private document; and
