1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 150,000,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from March 4, 2017 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and

2. Judgment without holding any pleadings: Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act.

3. If so, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff 150,000,000 won and the interest rate of 15% per annum from March 4, 2017 to the date of full payment. Thus, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff the interest rate of 15% per annum. It is so decided
