건물인도 등
1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) deliver three floors among the buildings listed in the attached list;
B. KRW 10,350,000 and April 16, 2018
1. On April 13, 2016, the Plaintiff, as indicated in the separate sheet, leased the third floor of the building indicated in the separate sheet to the Defendant as KRW 15,000,000, monthly rent of KRW 450,000, and the lease period of KRW 24 months from May 15, 2016.
However, the defendant did not pay a monthly rent, and the plaintiff notified the defendant of the termination of the above lease contract.
Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to deliver the above building to the Plaintiff, and to return unjust enrichment of KRW 10,350,000 per month from April 15, 2018 to April 16, 2018 and from April 16, 2018.
2. Article 208 (3) 1, and Article 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable Act.
