[Criminal facts]

1. In case of intrusion upon residence and theft, the Defendant came to the residence of the victim G located in Echeon-si from around 12:00 to around 17:00 in the middle of August 2017, and came to the residence of the victim G located in Echeon-si, and opened a string door and intruded up to the inside, the Defendant came to have one 50,000 won at the market price containing the resident registration certificate, driver’s license, cash 14,00 won, etc., the victim was placed adjacent to the string.
