The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

Reasons

According to the records, while the defendant is served with a notice of receipt of records of trial and a notice of appointment of a public defender on November 10, 2012, the defendant did not submit the grounds for appeal within 20 days from the due date for submission of the grounds for appeal. The petition of appeal does not state the grounds for appeal, and the grounds for ex officio investigation on the records are not found. Thus, the defendant's appeal is dismissed pursuant to Article 361-4 (1)
