[Basic Facts] After the Defendant assumed office as the FF head on July 26, 2010, the Defendant has exercised the authority to grant various authorization and permission for various development projects within F, under the Building Act, the National Land Utilization Planning Act, the Farmland Act, and the Mountainous Districts Management Act.
【Criminal Facts】
1. Acceptance of bribe from H of the Vice-Chairperson of G Co., Ltd.;
A. Around May 15, 201, the Defendant received money and valuables from H in relation to the provision of convenience for the promotion of the said business at the Cheongdoro (E) located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan J’s Cheongdorogate, and received 2,035,00 won in total from the above date to March 24, 2012, including the fact that the market price was 7,835,000 won in total, such as KON, KON, Belgium, Litts, and Titts, and received external clothing, etc. in total of 2,035,00 won in total on three occasions, as indicated in the list below.
