A person, other than a marina society, shall not commit any act similar to a riding vote, in connection with a racing conducted by a marina society, which provides property or financial benefits to the enemy.

From March 16, 2014 to April 18, 2014, the Defendant installed a computer to view the order and racing conditions of private horse tickets at the office of the Defendant in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, 301, and had the Defendant enter the horse-based website (D) operated by a person who is not registered (one name C). The Defendant deposited KRW 7,20,000 in total nine times in total with E’s flood account (Account Number (F) as shown in the daily list of crimes in the attached Table, and E filled with points to a private horse-based user, and as a result, if a private horse-based user gets on a horse, he paid dividends to him and did not acquire the right.

As a result, the defendant, in collusion with E, provided property or financial benefits to the enemy by causing them to engage in any act similar to the riding voting.
