1. On January 11, 2014, at around 13:00, the Defendant: (a) cut off the Myanmarcheon-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-dong, 3499, stating “human homicide homicide” in red in the C cafeteria located underground floor of the 1st century; (b) opened the said restaurant in the seat of its customer, resulting in uneasiness for customers; and (c) obstructed the business of the said restaurant by force for about 3:0 minutes and 30 minutes.

2. On January 22, 2014, the Defendant 13:47, red, red around the above restaurant, stating “The Gu Do Do Do Do ” as a hand, and obstructed the restaurant business by force for about 10 minutes, by creating unstable for customers.

3. At around 12:30 on January 23, 2014, the Defendant interfered with the restaurant business by force for about 3:30 minutes and over 3:30 minutes, by putting booms as stated in the above 2. Paragraph (2) around the above restaurant, or by putting back and maring the booms to customers, thereby creating anxiety.

4. At around 12:20 on January 24, 2014, the Defendant posted a paper A3 paper “dump to the death of large-scale residents” on the wall with red and verification colors at the entrance of the kitchen of the above restaurant, and obstructed the business of the said restaurant by force for about 4:40 minutes and about 40 minutes by following a flusium stating “Yanland, which is a death of large-scale residents,” stating “Yando Cheongdo Do Do Do ”.
