1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 40,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from December 13, 2015 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, on December 1, 2013, lent to the Defendant a total of KRW 50 million on December 25, 2013, and KRW 50 million on December 9, 2013, and received reimbursement of KRW 10 million among them. The Plaintiff, on December 9, 2013, sought reimbursement of KRW 40 million and delay damages payable to the Defendant.
