The defendant is the representative director of the C Hospital in Seo-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, who operated the hospital using 50 full-time workers.

The Defendant did not pay KRW 2,371,630,550, in total, 74,63,550, as indicated in the attached list of crimes, when dismissing workers E who worked from December 26, 2018 at the same place of business without prior notice on May 8, 2019, and did not pay KRW 2,371,63,550, in addition to the advance notice allowances for dismissal of 25 workers.
