A. D newly constructed a sap and sap single-story house (hereinafter “instant house”) on the ground level of 753, Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, subject to the completion inspection on August 20, 1959, and completed the registration of ownership preservation on the instant house on May 13, 1961.

After September 11, 1964, F completed the registration of ownership transfer for the instant housing due to sale on September 5, 1964, and occupied and used the instant housing and its site.

B. On November 11, 2002, on the instant housing, the registration of ownership transfer was completed on October 2, 1998 on the ground of inheritance by consultation and division on October 2, 1998, and the registration of ownership transfer was completed on November 9, 2002 in the future of the Plaintiff.

C. The Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government land became the 1,646m2 in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter “instant land”) following the division, land category, and lot number change, and the Republic of Korea completed the registration of preservation of ownership on the instant land on June 20, 1967.

Some of the shares in the land in this case are transferred to another person, and currently shares in the name of the Republic of Korea remain. D. 5009/1,646 shares.

Of the instant land, the site for the instant housing is 130.2 square meters in the part (A) inside the ship, which connects each point of the attached Table 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 1 in sequence, among the instant land (hereinafter “the part occupied in the instant case”).

E. On September 5, 1984, the Defendant acquired the right to claim for the registration of transfer of ownership on the ground of the completion of the prescriptive acquisition period with respect to the share owned by the Republic of Korea on 1075.509/1,646 among the possession of this case.

F. On November 9, 2002, the Defendant donated to the Plaintiff all rights to the instant housing and its site.

2. According to the judgment and the facts stated in Paragraph 1, the defendant, among the possession of this case from the Republic of Korea, as to the share of the Republic of Korea owned by the Republic of Korea on September 5, 1984.
