The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted, it is justifiable for the lower court to have convicted the Defendants of the instant facts charged (except for the part on acquittal of Defendant C) on the grounds indicated in its reasoning.

In doing so, the lower court did not err by failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations, as alleged in the grounds of appeal, by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the burden of proof, the principle of court-oriented trial, and

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
