Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.
Where the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
No driver of any motor vehicle or pedestrian who is not a motor vehicle shall drive on or cross an expressway, etc.
Nevertheless, at around 12:19 on November 13, 2017, the Defendant driven the Gyeongnam, which is the exclusive road for a motor vehicle located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Seoul, by driving BYF-R1 (98c) Austria in the section of approximately 2.7 km from from the grhm to the upper grix distance.
