A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
No person shall smoke marijuana, and no person other than a handler of narcotics shall sell, receive, administer, possess, etc. psychotropic drugs, and the defendant is not a handler of narcotics.
The Defendant came to know of the name and influence (comgram ID: C) of the seller while making Internet B search with the mind to purchase narcotics.
1. Purchasing marijuana or psychotropic drugs;
A. On February 14, 2019, at around 20:57, the Defendant deposited 1.80,000 won in the purchase price at ATM machinery at the D Bank Mardong Branch in Seongdong-gu Seoul, Seoul, as instructed by the winners of the foregoing name, and brought about 1g of the hemp that was left in the way of the nominal name of the winners of the above name in the 3rd letter box of the D Bank Building located in Seongdong-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
Accordingly, the defendant purchased marijuana.
B. On March 2019, the Defendant deposited 70,000 won in the purchase price at the Da Bank ATM equipment located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul, Seoul, as instructed by the above winners of the purchase price, and brought about 5 notice of the X-si, an X-si, which was left behind the back of the bundine building parking lot located in the Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
Accordingly, the Defendant purchased an X-si, a psychotropic drug.
2. Smoking marijuana;
A. At around 22:00 on February 14, 2019, the Defendant: (a) provided several holess in the passenger room in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, on the one hand, on a coffee container, and then, (b) carried the marijuana inside the container by burning it into the container with 0.3g of the marijuana purchased as referred to in the above “1-A” and smoking it using the drinking water rapid.
B. Around 20:00 on February 23, 2019, the Defendant smoked marijuana, such as the preceding paragraph, within the guest rooms in the number of F Hotels in Seongdong-gu Seoul, Seoul.
