except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The Defendant is a representative who reported and operated “D” in the Michuhol-gu Incheon Metropolitan City B and C from September 1, 2016 to August 31, 2017, and “F” in the Namdong-gu E and C from September 1, 2017 to October 31, 2017.

The Defendant, when claiming for medical care benefits to the National Health Insurance Corporation, did not directly confirm the actual employment of the employees of the above Corporation and paid expenses for long-term care benefits, using the fact that employees did not provide beneficiaries with medical care benefits such as visiting care, cleaning, and bathing, instead of falsely preparing a record of the provision of benefits to beneficiaries, and claiming false expenses for long-term care benefits, etc., in order to deny the supply of long-term care benefits.

Around January 6, 2017, the Defendant, at the foregoing D office, prepared a false statement as if he/she had provided H and I services to G, a caregiver, who is a beneficiary of long-term care, from around December 8, 2016 to December 16, 2016, and received KRW 122,430,00 from around January 26, 2017, as indicated in the attached list of crimes, from around December 19, 2016 to around November 28, 2017, for the aggregate of KRW 72,642,090,090, in total, over 1,656 times from around December 19, 2016 to around December 28, 2017.

After deceiving the Victim Corporation as such, the Defendant received long-term care benefits from the Victim Corporation by fraud or other improper means at the same time by deceiving the Victim’s 72,642,090 won.
