A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras and photographing);
A. On October 6, 2012, the Defendant found that at the Defendant’s home of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, and 201, the victim D (n, 26 years of age) who was dead at the time was divingd in the body of the victim, and taken the victim’s body photographs and chest photographs against the victim’s will by using his Handphone cameras, and taken the victim’s body pictures against the victim’s will to cause sexual humiliation or shame.
B. On February 26, 2014, at FPCs located in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on February 26, 2014, the Defendant epiced the victim’s bareboat photo taken in contact with and like the above victim’s marriage, put the victim’s bareboat photo up against the victim’s will to work on the Internet bulletin board, and then sent the above victim’s bareboat photo to G (29 years of age) who is the preliminary south of the victim’s website address through text messages to enable the said victim to output, store, copy, etc. of the victim’s bareboat photo as described in paragraph (2) below.

2. On February 26, 201, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (obscenity using communications media) in FPCs located in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E on February 22, 201, and the foregoing paragraph 1 A.

Accordingly, the defendant arouses or satisfies his sexual desire.
