Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
A. The Defendant is a person who operated an entertainment center in the trade name “D” by leasing the underground space of the Seoul Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C Building from the complainant B.
On March 31, 2015, the Defendant: (a) stated “B” and “E” in the re-lease form of the sub-lease agreement that the complainant had not consented to sub-lease of the building; (b) written the name “B” and “B” in the resident registration number column on the building owner’s sexual name; and (c) marked B’s seal next to the building owner’s consent form.
For the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged a sub-lease agreement in the name of the complainant, which is a private document on rights and obligations.
B. On March 31, 2015, the Defendant: (a) filed an application for establishment report and business registration with the Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul District Tax Office’s corporate tax office’s corporate tax office’s corporate tax office, and (b) filed an application for the establishment report and business registration of the LABB corporation; (c) submitted the forged sub-lease consent as above with the attached documents.

1. Relevant Article 231 of the Criminal Act, the choice of punishment for the crime (the point of Article 231 of the Private Document), Articles 234 and 231 of the Criminal Act (the point of uttering of the above investigation document), and the selection of fines, respectively;
1. The former part of Article 37 of the Criminal Act, and Articles 38 (1) 2 and 50 of the same Act, which aggravated concurrent crimes;
1. Article 70(1) and Article 69(2) of the Criminal Act to attract a workhouse;
1. Article 334 (1) of the Criminal Procedure Act concerning the order of provisional payment;
