1. The defendant shall pay 30,620,300 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from July 7, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of Claim: A statement on the grounds of claim as shown in the attached Form (Provided, That the “creditor” shall be deemed to be the “Plaintiff” and the “debtor” shall be deemed to be the “Defendant”). 2. The legal provisions applicable to confessions (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act and the Defendant shall object to the payment order “after receiving the authentic copy of the payment order,” and file an objection against the “after receiving the authentic copy of the payment order,” and the Defendant did not submit a specific written response, and the Plaintiff did not appear on the date of pleading, and thus, the Plaintiff’s assertion is deemed to have been led to the confession pursuant to Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act).
