Punishment of the crime
On January 11, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for larceny at the Incheon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on June 15, 2013.

1. 2. Driving without a license.
A. On September 16, 2015, the Defendant driven a funch-free vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license from the construction site of “a pet apartment in the same part of the Dong,” located on the 2km-ro, Yongcheon-si, Yongcheon-si, Incheon-si, to the funch-studio, located on the 2km-dong, Youngcheon-si, the central 2km-dong, Youngcheon-si.
B. On September 16, 2015, around 20:30, the Defendant driven a Funst Motor Vehicle at approximately 35 km section without obtaining a driver’s license, at the 35km section, via the Yongcheon-si Office from 31, Yongcheon-si, the central office of Yongcheon-si, 201 to the studio of Youngcheon-si.

3. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a rocketing car in violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving), a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (UP) and a violation of the Road Traffic Act (UP).
On September 17, 2015, the Defendant driven the said vehicle without obtaining a driver's license of the said vehicle on September 13, 2015, and led the Defendant to drive the said vehicle bypassing it to a hospital distance of about 20km at the speed of 20km between the two-lanes along the distance of the hospital located on the side of the Busan-gu Busan-dong.
At the time, the low cost road was down, so in such a case, the speed of the driver of the vehicle shall be reduced.
