1. Around January 29, 2014, the Defendant posted a notice to the effect that, “C” bulletin board of the Internet used goods trading site,” the Defendant would deposit KRW 50,000 if the Defendant informed the Defendant of the date of issuance of cultural goods certificates and Fin numbers.”

However, the defendant did not have the intent or ability to purchase cultural products from the victim.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, received 50,00 won of the date of issuance of cultural products rights from the victim and received fin number, and used this on the same day, thereby acquiring pecuniary benefits equivalent to the same amount of money from the Internet piracy website.

2. Violation of the Resident Registration Act.

A. On November 16, 2013, at around 02:10 on November 16, 2013, the Defendant used the victim E’s resident registration number (F) in the Defendant’s residence, and used the victim’s resident registration number unlawfully.

B. On January 9, 2014, at around 12:10, the Defendant used the victim E’s resident registration number at the above Defendant’s residence (F) to join the Internet website piracy (H) and used the victim’s resident registration number unlawfully.
