On November 24, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for three years, suspension of execution for five years, and fine for 4 billion won in Seoul High Court on the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Economic Crimes (Embezzlement) in Seoul High Court on November 24, 201, and the above judgment was finalized on May 9, 201, and the Seoul High Court was sentenced to the suspension of the execution for two years and six months in September 18, 2014.

Criminal facts

1. On April 6, 2009, the Defendant: (a) indicated the forgery of private document; (b) written an application for cancellation of collateral security and the power of attorney at the office of Certified Judicial Scriveners E in Jung-gu, Seoul, Seoul, without authority; (c) signed the application for cancellation of collateral security; (d) signed the application for cancellation of collateral security and the power of attorney at the office of Certified Judicial Scriveners E in Seoul, Jung-gu without authority; (d) Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, G, H, and its date in the indication column of the real estate in the indication column; (e) “Cancellation of the establishment registration of collateral security” in the registration column; (e) “Cancellation of the establishment registration of collateral security” in the indication column of the registration to be cancelled; and (e) signed the registration column, “I, J, Seoul, the third floor of Kbuilding, and L’s representative director in the name of I corporation and the power of attorney, which is a private document related to rights and obligations; and (e) signed the delegation form with the public official of Gangnam-gu registry without knowledge of the forgery.

2. The Defendant, on April 7, 2009, made false entry in the authentic copy of a notarial deed and the use of the authentic copy of a notarial deed, at the above Gangnam-gu registry office, by having a registered public official who is unaware of the circumstances terminate the registration of the establishment of the notarial deed on the original copy of the notarial deed by requiring the registration official to terminate the registration of the establishment of the notarial deed for reasons of termination on April 6, 2007, which was made by the Seoul Gangnam-gu F, G, and H on the said original copy of the notarial deed.
