특정범죄가중처벌등에관한법률위반(절도)
A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. On September 19, 2007, at around 19:00, the Defendant: (a) placed in the victim C, a second-class department store in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Guro-gu, 573 Bluxa store in the second-class department store; (b) placed two Turkey half of 500,000 won in the market price displayed in the store by using a gap in which the victim’s surveillance was neglected; and (c) stolen it.
2. On October 1, 2007, the Defendant: (a) around 14:55, 200, at “G”, a F Terminal underground importer and subsidiary store located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; (b) at least 4,900 won of the market price, which was displayed in the store by taking advantage of the gaps in which the surveillance of the victim H, who was located in the store, was neglected; (c) and (d) 1 sets of money and 4,500 won of the market price, were placed in the handbag and stolen one salary paper.
3. On October 2, 2007, at the place indicated in the foregoing paragraph 2, the Defendant cut off “Manmank’s” fruit equivalent to the market price of KRW 4,900, by means of the method described in the foregoing paragraph 2, at around 19:25, 200.
4. At around 17:49 on October 3, 2007, the Defendant stolen “Manmank’s” fruit equivalent to the market price of KRW 4,900 by means of the method described in the foregoing paragraph (2) at the places described in the foregoing paragraph (2).
5. At around 19:15 on October 5, 2007, the Defendant: (a) stolen one set of “Manmank’s 1 sets” amounting to the market price of KRW 4,900; (b) 1 sheets of “Manmank’s” amounting to KRW 4,500; and (c) 4,500 of “Manz” amounting to KRW 4,90.
6. At around 12:00 on October 11, 2007, the Defendant stolen a half of 100,000 won at the market price by means of the method described in the above 1. Paragraph (1).
7. On October 13, 2007, at around 20:25, the Defendant stolen two curbin pin 50,000 won at the market price and one Jbin 125,00 won at the place described in the foregoing paragraph 1.
