A. From September 1, 2014 to February 24, 2015, Plaintiff Co., Ltd. 7,195,650 won and its amount.

At the construction site of Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter “instant site”), the Plaintiffs operated a restaurant for workers employed at the instant site.

From October 2013, the Defendant subcontracted the artificial park construction among the aforementioned new construction works, and performed the artificial park construction work from around October 2013.

The employees of the defendant and the daily workers employed by the defendant used the cafeteria of the plaintiffs, and the food costs supplied to the employees of the defendant and the daily workers employed by the defendant through the cafeteria of the plaintiffs are as shown in the attached Form.

In other words, from February 2014 to August 31, 2014, Plaintiff Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Plaintiff Co., Ltd”) supplied food equivalent to KRW 13,031,70 in total (including value-added tax) and KRW 22,83,200 in total from October 2013 to September 30, 2014 (excluding value-added tax) and KRW 5,016,00 in total from November 2013 to August 31, 2014 (excluding value-added tax).

The methods for which the plaintiffs supplied food to the employees of the defendant and the daily workers employed by the defendant are as follows.

There was no agreement between the plaintiffs and the defendant on food supply.

The company that comprehensively manages the instant site is a lot construction company that received a contract for the said new construction works (hereinafter referred to as “shot Construction”).

When starting construction at the site of this case, a subcontractor of a lot construction may submit a list of workers' names, occupations, etc. to him/her and request the issuance of a RFID card (hereinafter referred to as "entry card") that can enter the site of this case in lot construction.

Procedures for the issuance of the above entry card shall be as follows:

When workers who work for each subcontractor work at the site of this case, they shall receive safety education from a lot construction safety team.
