Of the 10890 square meters of forest land in Jung-Eup, the Defendant shall follow each point of the attached Table 2, 3, 15, 14, and 2.
Reasons
1. Claim for removal of a building and delivery of land as a claim for removal of interference based on ownership on the land owned by the Defendant on which the Plaintiff indicated the claim had a building owned by him;
2. Articles 208 (3) 2 and 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts (a judgment on whether to be deemed as a foreigner);
