Punishment of the crime
The defendant, as a member of the homeland reserve forces, shall file a move-in report within 14 days in the event that he/she moves his/her place of residence from Sep. 30, 201 to D, but if he/she moves his/her place of residence from Sep. 30, 201 to Jinnam-gun D, he/she failed to report the fact to the head of the Myeon having jurisdiction over his/her place of residence within 14 days from the date of such move without justifiable grounds, and thereby, registered his/her domicile unknown
