On September 19, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor or two years of suspended execution due to the obstruction of performance of official duties by the Cheongju District Court on September 19, 2014, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on September 27, 2014

1. 모욕 피고인은 2015. 10. 3. 07:50경 청주시 흥덕구에 있는 청주흥덕경찰서 정문 앞 노상에서, 피고인이 택시기사로부터 욕설을 들었다는 이유로 112에 신고하였으나 현장에 출동한 청주흥덕경찰서 C지구대 소속 경사인 피해자 D의 처리가 불만스럽다는 이유로 피고인의 친구인 E, 다른 경찰관인 F이 듣고 있는 가운데 피해자에게 “대한민국 경찰 좆밥이네”라고 말하여 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.
