From January 17, 2001 to December 8, 2008, the Defendants subscribed to 14 insurance companies that pay daily hospitalization for 14 insurance companies, and paid 617,760 won per month total of monthly insurance premiums, as stated in the “the details of insurance coverage by date” between January 17, 2001 and December 8, 2008.

From December 30, 208 to January 24, 2009, Defendant A hospitalized F Hospital E for 26 days with an empty blood, etc., and received the insurance money of KRW 5,059,914 in total from four damage insurance companies. From that time, Defendant A received the insurance money of KRW 5,059,914 in total from four damage insurance companies, from that time to July 29, 2014, as shown in the Attached Table of Crime List (1) by 22 times in total, and acquired the insurance money of KRW 140,527,874 in total from four damage insurance companies.

From January 9, 2009 to January 24, 2009, Defendant B hospitalized 16 days at the F Hospital located in Jung-si, the Defendant received the insurance money of KRW 3,425,580 in total from six damage insurance companies, including the receipt of the insurance money of KRW 3,425,580 in total from six damage insurance companies. From that time, Defendant B received the insurance money of KRW 123,764,623 in total from six damage insurance companies by receiving the insurance money of KRW 197 in total from the total amount of 19 days until July 30, 2014.

From June 17, 2010 to July 30, 2010, Defendant C was hospitalized for 444 days at H hospitals located in Dongducheon-si, with vertebrate, etc., and received KRW 8,985,400 in total from four damage insurance companies, and thereafter, Defendant C received KRW 8,985,40 in total from four damage insurance companies. From that time to June 10, 2014, Defendant C’s total sum of 14 days, as indicated in the “Crimes List (3).”
