except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On September 1, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (hereinafter “Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents”) driven the Kabox car without obtaining a driver’s license on September 1, 2014, and driven the 223-lane of the 203-lane road as the normal village of the city of Ansan, at a speed of about 40 km as soon as the 40km road in front of the 203-lane road in the front of the viewing shooting distance.

However, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to safely drive the motor vehicle by ensuring a distance from the collision with the previous one when the vehicle stops through the following of the motor vehicle moving ahead of the same direction.

The Defendant suffered the victim's salt, tension, etc. that requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment.

The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) without obtaining a temporary driver’s license as stated in paragraph (1) of this Article, driving a knife car in the section of about 3 km from the front of the knife apartment in the 46-ro of the Gu school in Ansan-si to the front of the knife kbbbbbbs in the 223-ro as in the same Gu’s normal villages.
