Text

1. On March 28, 2016, the disposition to revoke the designation of the exclusive travel agent in China by the respondent against the applicant on March 28, 2016 shall suspend its effect until 15 days from the date the judgment of this Court is rendered.

Purport of application

On March 28, 2016, the respondent's revocation of the status of the exclusive travel agent in China against the applicant on March 28, 2016 shall be suspended until the judgment on the merits of this Court 2016Nu67341 became final and conclusive, 1)

Reasons

According to the supporting materials of the applicant's submission, it is recognized that the execution of the disposition specified in Paragraph (1) of the above Article requires urgent measures to prevent irrecoverable damage to the applicant, and there is no other data to recognize that suspension of execution may have a significant impact on public welfare. Therefore, the application of this case shall be partially accepted and determined as the disposition.
