1. The Defendant’s KRW 50,000,000 and its amount shall be 15% per annum from April 6, 2019 to May 31, 2019 to the Plaintiff.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Article 208 (3) 1 and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act.
3. Pursuant to the provisions concerning statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings on Part of Dismissal, the portion claiming for the payment of damages for delay exceeding the rate of 15% per annum from June 1, 2019 among the original claims shall be dismissed.
However, the defendant shall bear all the costs of lawsuit by applying the proviso of Article 101 of the Civil Procedure Act.
