Punishment of the crime
A person who is not a handler of narcotics of 2017 Highest 2462, or a person who is not a handler of narcotics, etc., shall not receive or administer Metepha (one philopon; hereinafter referred to as "philopon"), which is a local mental medicine, and the defendant is not a person who handles narcotics.

1. Around 04:00 on July 28, 2017, the Defendant driven a Nbenz car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.074% from the section of about 8km from the front of the customary market in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul to the front road of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, with the same day 04:28 on the same day.
2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Death, etc.) is engaged in driving a Nbenz car.
On July 28, 2017, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol as indicated in paragraph 1 of around 04:28, the Defendant was running the said car, and the road of three lanes in front of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government M is one-lane from the shooting distance of urban railroad construction to the small shooting distance.
