1. The Defendant’s KRW 83,310,44 and the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 5% from February 23, 2016 to October 25, 2017.

Reasons

The building of No. 1 (No. 8; hereinafter referred to as the "building of this case"), No. 2 (No. 2; hereinafter referred to as the "No. 2") within the same store, and No. 3 (No. 3; hereinafter referred to as the "No. 3") within the same store are completed on October 2, 2002.

- Goods location: Subparagraph 1 (12 square meters in size, 8 square meters in size) of Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government - The total sale amount: daily gold KRW 154,000,000 (Won 154,000,000): The down payment is made at the time of the contract, and the balance is made on October 1, 2003. The defendant delivered a related lease contract to the plaintiff along with the above sales contract.

Although a sales contract was prepared as above with respect to the instant building, and the Plaintiff paid to the Defendant the full amount of money as the purchase price in the relevant document, the transfer of registration was not made in the future of the Plaintiff.

The Plaintiff granted the Defendant the right to manage and dispose of the instant building, and the Defendant paid half of the rental revenue generated from the instant building, and agreed to divide one half of the transfer difference if the instant building was sold later.
