Using the fact that insurance companies believe only the details of the medical expenses receipt and the confirmation document for admission and discharge issued by the hospital and receive insurance money, the Defendant has committed with intent to receive insurance money by claiming insurance money under the name of expenses for hospitalization, daily allowances for hospitalization, etc. by being excessively or falsely hospitalized in the hospital even though it was sufficient situation only with the outpatient treatment.

Accordingly, from February 22, 2012 to March 30, 2012, the Defendant subscribed to the total of nine insurance products that pay the cost of hospitalization, etc. in cases where eight insurance companies, such as B Co., Ltd. receive hospitalized treatment due to injury or other disease.

1. The Defendant was hospitalized in F Hospital located in Suwon-si E from May 30, 2012 to June 21, 2012, the victim C Co., Ltd., and D Co., Ltd. with the name of disease, etc., and had not been actually hospitalized except for the treatment that could have been performed through outpatient treatment, such as inception treatment and inception treatment. On or around June 27, 2012, the Defendant was paid KRW 760,000 insurance money from the victim C Co., Ltd. on or around July 10, 2012 by submitting a medical certificate and a written confirmation of hospitalization issued excessive or false hospitalization.

In addition, the Defendant received total sum of KRW 5,620,00 from the damaged insurance companies by claiming insurance proceeds to two damaged insurance companies, such as the victim C, etc. in the above manner as shown in No. 1 through No. 7 of the List of Crimes, from the above date to April 24, 2013.

2. The Defendant who violated the Special Act on Insurance Fraud Prevention against the Victims B, G, H, I, J, and Korea Post is under the name of the F Hospital located in Suwon-si E from May 30, 2012 to June 21, 2012.
