A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
On June 11, 2017, the Defendant, at the front of the “C” parking lot located in G, G, G, Gyeongbuk-gun on 21:10 on June 11, 2017, driven a d Mtz passenger car with alcohol concentration of 0.189% during blood while driving at the 0.189%, led to a rapid speed of about 20km towards the road.
Since there is a center line of yellow solid lines, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by safely proceeding with the driver of the vehicle, such as checking the front and rear side and the right and the right and the right and the right and the right and the right and the right and the right of the driver of the vehicle.
Nevertheless, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant neglected to do so, went back to the road without looking well at the rear, and followed the center line, and followed by negligence by the Defendant: (a) driving of the said road in the direction of the creative distance from the modern apartment; (b) driving of the F Scp in the direction of the creative distance; and (c) driving of the said road into the rear part of the said Mcp vehicle; and (d) transferred the front part of the said vehicle to “G” parking lot in the right direction to the opposite direction; and (c) received the front part of the said Mcp car in the front part of the said Mcp car while driving the said Mcp car while it is difficult to drive the said vehicle normally due to influence of alcohol; (d) the Defendant suffered from the victim E, the victim of the said Mcp vehicle in need of treatment for about two weeks; and (e) the victim of the said Mcp motor vehicle in need of treatment for about three (3) years and three (3) weeks in the given Mcp motor vehicle.
