1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 31,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from June 13, 2019 to the day of complete payment.
The Plaintiff loaned KRW 40 million to the Defendant on November 23, 2015, and the fact that the Defendant repaid a total of KRW 9 million among them is either disputed among the parties, or may be recognized by comprehensively taking account of the respective entries and arguments set forth in subparagraphs A and 2, and the purport of the whole pleadings.
Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from June 13, 2019 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case, to the day of full payment.
The plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
