1. The Defendants jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 39,530,90 and KRW 21,277,782, out of which are paid to the Plaintiff.
Reasons

(However, among the causes of the same claim, the "creditor" is changed to "Plaintiff", and the "debtor" is changed to "Defendant", respectively. 2. Judgment by service by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
