The first instance court.
Reasons
The court's explanation on the instant case is identical to the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus cites it by the main text of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
It is insufficient to reverse the conclusion of the judgment of the first instance only with the statement of No. 10 submitted by the plaintiff at the trial.
Therefore, the judgment of the court of first instance is legitimate, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
