1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,989,155 and KRW 50,000 among the costs, from December 24, 2014 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of the Acts (the defendant shall be deemed to have led to a confession of all the plaintiff's allegations under Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act, since he/she submitted a formal written objection even though he/she was served with the original copy of the payment order in this case, and has not been absent
