2. The costs of appeal are assessed against the Plaintiffs.

Purport of claim and appeal

The plaintiffs are those who are engaged in funeral services between husband and wife, and Defendant C is the president of the P Merchant Association (hereinafter referred to as the “instant merchants’ association”); Defendant D is the president of the P Merchant Association; Defendant E, F, G is the vice president; Defendant H is the general affairs; Defendant I is the head of the Pable block team; Defendant J is the head of the Pable block team; Defendant K, the auditor; Defendant M and N are the members.

The Defendants, around February 19, 2012, set up two concrete structures and one concrete structure structure on the street edge of R in order to prevent the Plaintiff, etc. from putting the elbling of embezzlement of merchant membership fees for Defendant C and filing a criminal complaint with the police, and unilaterally placed at the P merchants' association on the ground that the Plaintiff, etc. filed a criminal complaint with the police, and installed two concrete structures and one concrete structure on the street edge of the Plaintiff, etc., respectively, and the same year.

As a result, Defendant C posted the public notice of the above contents and distributed them to the members of the merchants' association, thereby impairing the honor of Plaintiff A by openly pointing out false facts.
