Punishment of the crime
On October 21, 2004, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years, protection observation, and community service order for larceny in the last six months. On February 23, 2011, the same court was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years and protection observation for larceny, etc. on October 30, 201. On October 30, 201, the same court was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. and completed the execution of the sentence in the government prison on February 28, 2016.

1. On April 27, 2017, the Defendant discovered delivery circulations equivalent to KRW 10,000 at the market price containing the misunderstandings of the “E” restaurant operated by the victim D, which was delivered food at the above sales store, prior to the mobile phone sales store in Namyang-si, Namyang-si.
From that time to September 18, 2017, the Defendant stolen the property owned by the victims whose total market price is at least 474,000 won over 13 occasions, such as the list of crimes in the attached Form.

The defendant committed violence against the victim on the ground that the victim was injured by the defendant's hand and the victim was punished by the theft.
