1. The defendant shall pay 110,000,000 won to the plaintiff.
2. The costs of the lawsuit are assessed against the defendant.

1. On March 6, 2017, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant, setting the lease term of KRW 110,00,000, and the lease term of KRW 24 months from May 30, 2017 to May 29, 2019 with respect to the former C apartment D, and notified the Defendant that he/she had no intention to renew the said lease agreement on April 3, 2019, which is the date prior to the expiration of the lease term. Since the said lease agreement was terminated, the Defendant is obligated to return the former deposit to the Plaintiff KRW 110,00,000.
