The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
The defendant is a person living on the second floor of the same building in which the victim B resides.
On May 2, 2019, at around 10:50, the Defendant assaulted the victim's head when the victim was head of Yongsan-gu Seoul building and the victim B(67 years of age) in the first floor on the ground that the victim was able to close the entrance door at a close level.
Judgment
A crime of non-compliance with an intention: A judgment dismissing a public prosecution on October 6, 2019, which was submitted on October 7, 2019 and submitted on October 6, 2019: Article 327 subparag. 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
