1. The Defendant completed the period of extinctive prescription on April 30, 2019 with respect to each of the real estate listed in the “Attachment List” to the Plaintiff.
1. The indication C and D purchased a part of the site from the Defendant’s father in 1983 and 1990, and constructed a stable and its site was sold to E after obtaining approval for use. The Plaintiff purchased a stable and its site from E in around 2018, again, from E, around 2018, and finally, confirmed that the land listed in the [Attachment List” (hereinafter “instant land”) was part of the stable site.
Therefore, all owners of the Plaintiff and livestock pens have occupied the instant land in peace and openly with the intent to own it for at least 20 years as the site for livestock pens, and the Defendant is obligated to implement the procedure for ownership transfer registration on April 30, 2019 for the Plaintiff who succeeded to the possession of the instant land.
