A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime
The defendant of "2012 Highest 2760" is the representative of N in Ansan-si M who is an employer who employs 60 full-time workers and operates a salt processing business.
The Defendant did not pay KRW 5,985,451, total amount of O wages and retirement allowances from around June 10, 2010 to June 30, 2012, within 14 days from the date of occurrence of the cause for payment without agreement between the parties on the extension of the due date for payment.
In addition, the Defendant did not pay the total of 49,177,826 won of wages and retirement allowances of workers within 14 days from the date of occurrence of the cause for payment, without agreement between the parties on extension of the due date.
When an employee retires, the employer of the 2013 Highest 644 shall pay wages, compensations, and all other money and valuables within 14 days from the time when the cause for such payment occurred.
The Defendant employed 60 full-time workers in Ansan-si M with the trade name "N," and did not pay wages of 2,900,000,000 and retirement allowances of 10,81,477 won within 14 days after retirement of P who worked from December 1, 2008 to September 30, 2012.
In addition, the Defendant did not pay the total of 15,906,477 won to the employees within 14 days from the time when the reason for payment of wages and retirement allowances occurred, as shown in the separate list of crimes in attached Table 2, from around that time to December 31, 2012.

1. An employer in violation of the Labor Standards Act shall, if a worker retires, pay the wages, compensations, and other money or valuables within fourteen days after the cause for such payment occurred;
The Defendant employed 60 full-time workers in Ansan-si M with the trade name "N," and retired from office by Q& who worked from June 7, 2012 to December 14, 2012.
