1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 37,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from February 13, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of claim: On September 18, 2010, the Plaintiff lent KRW 37,000,000 to the Defendant on September 30, 2010 as the due date for payment, but the Plaintiff did not fully repay this after the due date for payment, thereby claiming the above money and damages for delay.
