1. To designate a person with parental authority and a custodian of the principal of the case as the petitioner.
2. The other party shall pay 80,000 won per month to the claimant for the child support of the principal of the case from April 1, 2017 until the day before the principal of the case becomes adult.
3. The cost of a trial shall be borne by each person.
4. Paragraph 2 can be provisionally executed.
(1) Paragraph (1) of this Article and the other party shall pay 1.8 million won per month as of the last day of each month to the claimant for the child support of the principal of this case from the day following the month of transmission of the copy of the request for the trial of this case to

The claimant gave birth to the principal of the case outside of wedlock on July 2016 * the other party's marriage between the claimant and the other party, and the fact that the principal of the case was brought up to now is recognized in accordance with the records and the purport of the whole examination.
2. Determination on the request for designation of a person with parental authority and a custodian
In consideration of the age and status of the principal of the case, the relationship between the requester and the other party, and various circumstances indicated in the record and examination, etc., the person with parental authority and the custodian of the principal of the case shall be designated as the applicant.
Considering the various circumstances shown in the records and examination, such as the age and status of custody of the principal of the case, the age, occupation, and economic power of the requester and the other party, the child support of the principal of the case to be shared by the other party shall be determined at KRW 80,000 per month.
