Examining the reasoning of the lower judgment on the grounds of Defendant A’s appeal in light of the evidence duly admitted by the lower court, the lower court was justifiable to have found the Defendant guilty of interfering with the victim I’s business among the facts charged in the instant case, on the grounds indicated in its reasoning. In so doing, the lower court did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal doctrine on

Examining the reasoning of the judgment of the court below in light of the records, it is just to reverse the judgment of the court of first instance which found the Defendants guilty on the grounds that the facts charged in this case (excluding the part which the court below found Defendant A guilty) against the Defendants constituted a case where there is no proof of the facts charged, and to find the Defendants not guilty. In so doing, the court below did not err by violating the law of logic and experience

3. Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
