However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

1. On October 25, 2012, around 01:00, the Defendant: (a) obtained a DNA car number plate that was lost by the victim C at the vicinity of the 501-dong B Apartment-gun, YY 501 entrance; and (b) did not take necessary procedures, such as returning it to the victim; and (c) carried it on his/her idea to have.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.

2. No person who has forged, altered, or fraudulently used a registration number plate in violation of the air defense and the Automobile Management Act;

The Defendant, while running a rocketing car, was subject to seizure of the front number plate around November 29, 201 on the ground of the unpaid administrative fine, and the back number plate around A around November 2012 on the ground of the failure to pay the administrative fine, and was willing to attach the said car number plate to the said car by forging the car number plate.

On January 2013, the Defendant laid a white paper on the registration number plate acquired as described in paragraph (1) at the Defendant’s residence located in YF, Jeonnam-gun, and removed the above paper from a white plastic and then made a registration number plate in the same shape by spreading a green frame.

For the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged one motor vehicle registration number plate, which is a symbol of public offices.

3. No one shall forge, alter, or unlawfully use a registration number plate in violation of the provisions of the air defense, the unlawful use thereof, the Automobile Management Act, the protection of illegally used air, and the use of forged air;

The Defendant: (a) attached the registration number plate acquired as set forth in paragraph (1) on the back of his own Erocketing and other automobiles; (b) attached the forged registration number plate as set forth in paragraph (2) on the front of the said automobiles; and (c) operated the said automobiles at the Seomn-gun’s team, such as return from around that time to April 9, 2014 between the Defendant’s dwelling area and the branch members of the Guide 74-16, YY-gun, YY-gun, YY-gun.

Accordingly, the defendant is entitled to make a registration number plate of public office for the purpose of exercising.
